Process · Day 0 to launch

From paid to launched
in five to seven days.

The engagement is async by default and premium by design. Every step exists because removing it made the work worse. No discovery calls, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

05 — Process

Three steps. Zero calls.

A founder's time is not a resource we take lightly. We collapsed every kickoff, status meeting, and discovery call into a single 8-minute brief form. The rest is execution.

01
Day 0

Pay & brief

Pick your tier, pay via Stripe, fill the 8-minute brief form. Tell us your product, audience, and 3 SaaS pages you love. We do the rest.

Stripe → Notion → Slack notification
02
Days 1-5

Receive concepts

A senior designer studies your product, your competitors, and your funnel. You receive 1-2 fully designed concepts, copy included, on day 5.

Days 6-7

Revise & ship

Pick a concept, request your revision rounds, then we build in Webflow or Framer and transfer the project to your workspace. You launch.

Daily breakdown

What happens each day, exactly.

Day 0
Pay & brief

You pay. The pipeline starts.

You pick a tier on the pricing page and pay via Stripe in sixty seconds. The moment payment clears, our intake fires three things: a Notion workspace, an automated welcome email, and a five-minute brief form delivered to you async. No quote call. No discovery meeting. Your project is now live.

  • Stripe checkout, immediate invoice
  • Notion workspace auto-provisioned
  • Brief form delivered (5 min, mostly multi-choice)
  • Project enters this week’s queue
Day 1–2
Discovery

We audit, you keep building.

While you finish your brief, we run a structured audit of your current site, your top three competitors, and the SaaS pages we have in our reference library that map to your category. We turn that into a one-page strategy doc — positioning thesis, hero direction, three risk areas to mitigate. You read it async. We move.

  • Full audit of your current landing
  • Competitor scan (3 closest, 2 best-in-class)
  • Strategy doc: positioning + hero direction + risks
  • Aligned reference library shared
Day 2–4
Design

Concepts, refined into a direction.

We design the page directly in Webflow or Framer — no Figma intermediate, no handoff loss. Growth and Scale tiers get two distinct concepts to pick from. We compose every section against a conversion brief: what does this section have to do for the buyer scanning at 4× speed? You see real, responsive pages — not flat mocks.

  • Webflow or Framer (your call, or ours)
  • Two concepts on Growth + Scale
  • Real, responsive, scrollable
  • Async review with timestamped comments
Day 4–5
Build & copy

The page is finished, end to end.

Copy gets its dedicated pass — headline, subheads, CTAs, microcopy, FAQ. Animations are wired with restraint. Mobile is treated as the first surface, not the afterthought. SEO meta, Open Graph, analytics, performance — all standard, not extras.

  • Senior copy pass on every line
  • Animations: reveal, parallax, hover — restraint by default
  • Mobile-first responsive build
  • SEO + OG + analytics wired
Day 5–7
Revisions & launch

You ship the page.

Up to three revision rounds depending on tier. Each round is async — comments in Webflow / Framer, replies in your Notion workspace. When you sign off, we hand over source files inside your own workspace, set DNS, deploy to your domain, and verify the page is live and tracking properly. You ship a real product launch from this page within 24 hours.

  • Up to 3 revision rounds (tier-dependent)
  • Handoff into your Webflow / Framer workspace
  • DNS, deploy, analytics verification
  • Post-launch QA report

Ship a page
that prints.

From paid invoice to live URL in seven business days. Money-back if the first concept doesn't move you.
